Oriental Style Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp freshly grated unpeeled ginger
- 1 tbsp freshly grated garlic
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies (optional)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp date paste
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp unpolished sesame seeds
Method
Mix all the ingredients together and drizzle over your salad to give it a delicious asian flavour.
Storage / Shelf Life
In the refrigerator for a month.
