Lime Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- 1 small green chilli, deseeded and chopped
- Unrefined salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Take all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
