The Whole Plant-Based diet essentially requires one to learn the basic techniques of cooking, including tips and tricks of how to make one’s regular meals healthier.

This class will cover how one can go Oil-free, Dairy-free and more, with ideas on what to have for breakfast, lunch, evening snack and dinner. Moreover, we take a step further by clearly explaining the reasons why one should adopt this diet.

It is a class for those who are comfortable in Hindi, including the house-help, who will realize that this type of food is beneficial for them too. Then they will cook it happily for you!

Time: 3 pm to 5 pm.

Contribution: 1500 per person.
