Oil-free Everyday Cooking for Domestic Cooks

Many health-conscious people who want their food to be oil-free have a problem convincing their domestic cooks that it is indeed possible to prepare tasty meals without oil. This class is therefore designed for cooks to demonstrate how to cook tasty, everyday meals without oil. The ingredients used in the cooking will all be plant based and without any processed or refined products. The menu has been designed to demonstrate how to make oil-free dishes that traditionally use a lot of oil. The class will be conducted by Chef Haripada Mridha and will be in Hindi.

Menu includes:

  • A salad
  • Punjabi Kadi
  • Aloo mattar
  • Bhendi masala
  • Brown rice
  • A kheer

Time: 10 am to 1 pm (lunch included)

Contribution: Rs. 1500 per participant (to be paid on or before April 15, 2015)
