When we hear the word raw food, we only visualize salads. Imagine if we can make some very quick and easy recipes that we eat in our daily meals, but it’s all raw. Wouldn’t that be fantastic? Less time to cook and more to gain in health.
Raw foods are healthy, fresh and delicious. From soups to Idli and desserts too, they are very easy to prepare and equally amazing in flavours. Being on a raw food diet is how we can maximise our intake of nutrients like vitamins, minerals and proteins.
Learn how to make all the following RAW without dairy, oil and sugar. Colorful and delicious, from plants to plate, fresh and wholesome!
