Description
A unique session where our very own SHARAN nutritionist will guide you for an hour in planning your meals, food combinations, including all the food groups in every meal like proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins etc.
The session will include:
- Planning the pantry for dry and wet ingredients
- Making shopping lists for the week
- Guidelines for inculcating healthy eating habits and weight release
- Planning travel and social eating
- Sample 3 day menu plan will be provided
Time: 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm ( 8.30 am New York, 1.30 pm UK, 4.30 pm UAE)
Contribution: Rs 300.
